Before Poppek Consulting was founded the owner was member of the executive team of
the IBM Deutschland Semiconductor GmbH and responsible for Product Engineering, Test,
Quality Assurance and Productivity Programs.

Our core competence is a comprehensive experience in the field of supply chain mangement.
We develop together with you measures to optimize the business processes, defining
productivity improvement solutions based on GAP-analysis assessments and establishing
approaches for continuous process improvements to maintain sustainability.
